Refund/Cancellation Policy
Armstom USA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Webinar event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations (for e.g. if the participation is less than five in number) or circumstances beyond its control. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event, 48 hours prior to the start time of the Webinar event.
Upon such cancellation registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid in a single settlement to the bank account specified by you. Please e-mail us your request with the bank details. Your payment should be processed within five (5) working days.
Alternately, the attendees can opt for any one of the below:
The Webinar, so cancelled can be rescheduled & the rescheduled webinar stream may be availed. If the attendees wish to take a different webinar, which has a same price tag at a future date & time, they are welcome to do so. In such event a letter will be e-mailed with instructions.
Individual attendees can cancel their event for any specific reason. They must notify Armstom USA about the cancellation of a particular event at least five (5) days prior to the event start date.
If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above-mentioned stipulated time or if s/he fails to attend the event, no refund shall be made.
However, if the attendees notify Armstom USA about the cancellation of a particular event at least five (5) days before the event, they will be given an opportunity to attend another webinar. In such event a letter will be e-mailed with instructions.
